At The Neurology and Physical Therapy Centers of Tampa Bay, our board-certified neurologists — Rosanna Garner, M.D. and Kimberly Tobon, D.O. — specialize in diagnosing and treating neurological conditions resulting from car accidents and slip and fall injuries. Our neurologists provide expert care for neck and back injuries, mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) / concussions, headaches and migraine headaches, dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, PTSD, and nerve entrapment syndromes such as carpal tunnel and tarsal tunnel syndrome.
Patients can receive diagnostic testing directly at our facility, which may include neuropsychological and/or psychological testing, digital EEG, dizziness, balance and vertigo testing, TBI/concussion testing and evaluations, and nerve conduction and electromyography (NCV/EMG) studies. Also, our neurologists may order outside studies such as MRIs and lab work, and prescribe medication as part of a personalized treatment plan.
